Envoy Creations Conditions of Sale

• Other than sizes less than 32" all prices exclude VAT
• All prices are EX our works and do not include carriage (where possible garments will be personally delivered at no cost.)
• Shortages, non-delivery or quality problems must be notified within 3 days of invoice sale date, otherwise claims cannot be made
• All garments to be paid for upon order unless established club business. Payment will be due strictly upon delivery.
• All garments remain property of Envoy Creations until paid for
• Embriodery jacquard and print screen costs advised upon request
• Sample ties, headsquares and blazer badges are charged for to cover artwork and design
• Envoy Creations takes no responsibility for garments incorrectly cleaned or washed
• Quality rejects cannot be accepted after acceptance by club and after wearing
